The Head of UK Vaccine Taskforce, Kate Bingham has told 5 Live Breakfast that she would be ‘personally surprised’ if a working vaccine wasn’t made widely available to the British public by next year.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast’s Rachel Burden, she said: “The timing will depend obviously on getting vaccines that are safe and effective.”
